Gina Sunada has been playing `ukulele since the age of 6. She studied under `ukulele master Roy Sakuma for approximately 10 years and started her `ukulele teaching career at `Ukulele House and JTB.
Gina graduated from Pearl City High School and the University of Hawai`i. She plays clarinet and participated in their symphonic bands, concert bands, marching bands and pep bands.
Currently, she enjoys teaching `ukulele at `Ukulele Hale and working at Kalani High School. Gina also plays music with the Honolulu Wind Ensemble, Oahu Civic Orchestra, Harmonisch Blasorchester Hawaii, and Kui Lima
